"I am proud of being woman in management or a woman manager. On the other hand, I like to avoid stereotyped titles. We need to normalize that women in management positions are actually managers - that is a fact. Cultural changes of equalizing positions regardless of gender or any other differences are already on horizon, but not fully โearthedโ. I find it unfortunate because any type of diversity brings new points of view and new approaches that are needed in every company. This view is already practiced in DTCSP."

"My main strength is focusing on strengths โ strengths of yourself and strengths of people around you. I like people. I trust them and appreciate them. Additionally, universal courage and persistence are strengths that got me through mechanical engineering to managerial role in automotive. I try to improve these strengths constantly."
