D) Determination of persons who are authorised to submit a whistleblowing report in the Company’s Whistleblowing System
The Company hereby declares that within the meaning of § 9 para. 2 letter a) of the Act does not exclude a possibility of submitting a whistleblowing report via the Company’s Whistleblowing System to persons who do not perform work or other similar activity for the Company pursuant to § 2 para. 3 letters a), b), h) or i) of the Act.

According to the Act, it is also possible to report misconducts via the whistleblowing system of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic in the following ways:
