Jakub Prendota - Interview

Let us introduce our manager of Critical Parts Management team Jakub Prendota in a short interview. Jakub admirably built his career while working for DTCSP and would like to share a few insights of his journey with you.

𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗼𝗳 DTCSP 𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿?

"I think that opportunities to grow a career within DTCSP are great. Especially now, when we are constantly growing and building new teams – a lot of fresh ideas and experience is needed. We are lucky to have very self- motivated staff that is always looking for improvements and approach their tasks in a very creative way. These qualities are appreciated and definitely help to build a career."

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺?

"Building and leading a completely new team is definitely one of the biggest professional challenges I have ever faced. At the same time however I feel like it is very rewarding and satisfying to work with such a motivated and open group of people. We managed to take over a very complicated process and started transforming it to enhance our customer’s experience. At the same time I feel like we created a great bond and our everyday cooperation is a pleasure."

"My advice for everyone who wants to build a career is to always set your goals high, find a way to achieve them and keep on working towards them. Be ready to adjust, look at things differently and do not be afraid of change. Growth never happens when you stay at the same place."
