We fear change because we can´t forecast the outcome. Nevertheless, if we want to develop we need to change our mentality and anticipate change. When writing the story of your life, don´t let anyone else hold the pen. Be the creator of you own storyline.

I was always a big fan of the leadership principals from Fredmund Malik. Management by objectives and especially in developing people instead of employees.

 Peter Drucker has made a famous quote what I really like.

“Efficiency is doing the things right. Effectiveness is doing the right things.”
