I took from Spanish work environment the ability to be more focused on the emotional aspects like open conversations with my team members about their feedback and how they feel. From the point of Czech work environment, I focus more on the mental aspects like open conversations with my team members about process improvement, problem solving and different types of information. I think I can combine the experience of both Spanish and Czech work environments in my management style, and my 8-year experience in Spain was worth it!

Set-up a new Retail Service Support Team. Together with my new team members, we will be responsible for the technical support of retail system applications, hardware & software as well as commercial topics related to daily job of our Daimler Truck Retail Network. We will deal with various problems of our retailers and provide them with the appropriate solutions.
