โพ Beginning with an introduction meeting, you will learn about our company, culture, values and our mission.
โพ Then it is time to meet our IT team and receive your work equipment โ including laptop, iPhone, headphones, keyboard, mouse and other essentials that you can use also for personal purposes.
โพ Lunch with your manager to start building connections in a relaxed setting.

โพ Series of onboarding trainings will guide you through our general company processes such as office life, business trip agenda, company cars, benefits etc.
โพ In a training on processes, you will learn about our key systems and workflows.
โพ Get an introduction to our internal communication practices to stay connected, informed and take part in our social activities.
โพ Meet with our CEO.

โพ Gain a clearer picture of your role and responsibilities of you and your team.
โพ By the end of the month you should be familiar with all guidelines, processes and key contacts in the company.
โพ Throughout your first month, your manager will work closely with you to ensure you are comfortable with your role and aligned with team goals.
