The main task of our 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 & 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 is to 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 for spare parts of Daimler Truck brands and then steer it.

In the past the network was shared together with Mercedes-Benz Cars & Vans but now due to the spin-off of Daimler Trucks we have the 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻-𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 of our spare parts logistics. This begins with 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲, continues through 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 until the 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿. All this of course with focus on standardization of systems and processes, so at the end we will have a strong and well connected logistics network that will ensure spare parts availability to keep our customers on the road in all the markets.

Such a challenging and exciting task needs of course a strong team and that is why the team is based on two locations here in Prague as well as in Wörth.
