Let us introduce another team of DTCSP. Did you ever wonder what the ๐—–๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜๐˜€ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ team does? Read how Jakub Prendota, the teamยดs manager, describes it!


โ€œThe team of ๐—–๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜๐˜€ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ consists of 14 employees of 9 nationalities.Our main goal is to make sure that our customers all over the world receive ordered parts for their vehicles. Once a customer orders a part that is not easily available in our central warehouse at the moment, a task for Critical Parts Manager starts. We need to check all possibilities and put all efforts into providing the ordered part to the critical order of the customer.


Wondering why is our job so critical? If the customer places a critical order, it means that their truck is standing off road. Because trucks are functional vehicles needed for many important activities such as delivering goods, waste maintenance, fire emergencies, etc. We have to do everything we can to get the truck back on the road.

Our biggest challenge is working wonders and finding a part that is seemingly nowhere to be found. Even though it can be hard sometimes, seeing our happy customers being able to operate their vehicles satisfied with our service is our biggest reward.โ€
