Tasting Our Origins: Intercultural Picnic Afternoon

Summer may be coming to an end, but we are making the most of every moment together! ☀️🥪🌳

On a lovely summer day, we spread our picnic blankets under a big acacia tree on a meadow behind our office and gathered for a true feast. Colleagues prepared dishes from their countries of origin for everyone to taste –⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ including pierogi, tarte tatin, mango sticky rice, draniki, blinchiki, samsa, shuba, bramboráky, olomoucké tvarůžky, moravské koláče or bublanina. It was all so delicious!

We all learned something new about cultures of our colleagues and the picnic became a true celebration of rich diversity of our team. Diversity is at the core of who we are as a company. With 29 nationalities represented in our team, we believe that our different perspectives and backgrounds are our greatest strength. The event was a reminder of how important diversity is to us, not only in our work but in the way we come together as a team. Our company thrives on the blend of cultures, experiences and perspectives, making us stronger and more innovative every day.
