Daimler Truck Customer Services & Parts s.r.o. (DTCSP) is a young entity 100% belonging under corporate brand Daimler Truck. It is based in Prague situated in its own office in Prague 5 district. Main focus of DTCSP is to steer worldwide logistics of spare parts and provide customer services for all customers of Daimler Truck (focus on B2B). That is achieved by combination of highly skilled employees and well designed processes.
